Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)
Refinement of the upper and/or lower eyelids to soften hooding and puffiness around the eyes.
Typical recovery
Swelling and bruising for 7–14 days; most clients rest quietly for the first 3 days.
Recommended post-operative care
- First-night overnight nursing for cold-compress cycles and eye lubrication
- Hourly daytime nursing for the first 48 hours
- Accompanied transportation to your day-3 and day-7 follow-up
- Home assistance for reading, screens and household tasks while vision is blurred
What we watch for
- Vision may be temporarily blurred from ointment — assistance walking is advised
- Head-elevated rest position is typically requested by surgeons
- Avoid bending and lifting during the first week
