What we offer
Private-duty nursing, done properly
One client per shift, real handoffs, documentation that matters, and pay that reflects specialty work.
- Choose your shifts — hourly, overnight and 24-hour rotations
- One assigned client per shift, never split coverage
- Direct communication with the surgeon's office, not a call center
- Ongoing paid training in drain care, compression and lymphatic support
- Supplies, documentation tools and clinical escalation support provided
- Referral bonuses for nurses you bring to the team
Requirements
- · Active Florida RN license in good standing
- · Minimum 3 years of surgical, PACU, med-surg or critical care experience
- · Current BLS certification
- · Reliable transportation and comfort working in private residences
- · Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
