Lisa founded Boca Post Operative Care after two decades in surgical and recovery nursing, including years in post-anesthesia care. She built BPO around a simple standard: a licensed registered nurse, one client at a time, working directly from the surgeon's orders. She personally oversees every care plan and remains the point of clinical escalation for the team.

Laura spent more than a decade in surgical step-down nursing before dedicating her practice to cosmetic recovery. She is the nurse most often requested for mommy makeover and abdominoplasty clients, known for patient, methodical mobility coaching through the first difficult days.

Born and raised in New York, Melissa relocated to South Florida in 1998 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, becoming a Registered Nurse in 2001. For the past 15 years she has dedicated her career exclusively to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, developing extensive experience in both the operating room and post-operative recovery. She is passionate about compassionate, individualized care that helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout every stage of recovery. Outside of nursing, Melissa is happily married and the proud mother of two sons in college; she enjoys staying active, cooking, traveling, and time with her family. She considers it a privilege to care for patients during such an important time in their lives.

Vanessa is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, earned in 2001. For nearly a decade she has specialized in post-operative recovery nursing, providing personalized, compassionate care that helps clients heal safely and comfortably in the privacy of their own homes. A Boca Raton native, she understands the importance of building trusted relationships within the community; she is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising two children now in college. Outside of nursing, Vanessa enjoys yoga and Pilates, cooking, gardening, and time with her two French bulldogs — passions that shape the calm, nurturing, balanced approach she brings to every client. Her goal is that every client feels supported, comfortable, and confident throughout recovery.

Christina Magoolaghan holds a master's degree in nursing and brings over two decades of healthcare experience, specializing in aesthetic and plastic surgery nursing — where science, artistry, and personalized care come together. Her approach is rooted in enhancing natural beauty, delivering refined results, and helping patients feel confident from the inside out. Outside of her profession, she is a devoted mother of two boys with a passion for wellness, fitness, literature, Broadway, and live music — interests that inspire her appreciation for balance, elegance, and the art of living well.

Jenifer brings a strong background in Trauma ICU nursing, with experience caring for critically ill patients through complex plastic and reconstructive surgeries and postoperative recovery. Her passion for plastics and recovery wellness comes from helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and confident throughout their healing journey. With a warm, attentive approach and a strong clinical foundation, Jenifer is dedicated to providing personalized care and making each patient's recovery experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
