Our mission
A registered nurse at every recovery
Lisa M. Jett, RN spent more than two decades in surgical and post-anesthesia nursing before she began seeing the same pattern in cosmetic surgery: extraordinary surgical results handed off to whoever happened to be available at home. Spouses managing drains they had never seen. Adult children guessing at medication times. Clients recovering alone in hotel rooms because privacy mattered more than help.
BPO was built to close that gap. We provide private-duty registered nursing for the days when it matters most — discharge day, the first nights, the drain period, the first upright walk — and non-clinical concierge support around it, so that the household keeps running while the client rests.
Today we are the recovery service that leading plastic surgery practices across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties refer to by name. Not because we are the largest, but because we are consistent: the same small team, the same standards, the same documentation, every time.

How we practice
Six standards we do not bend
A licensed nurse, always
Clinical recovery care is delivered by Florida-licensed registered nurses — never by unlicensed caregivers. If a task requires a nurse, a nurse performs it.
The surgeon's plan is the plan
We work from your surgeon's written discharge orders and report back to their office. We never improvise on medical direction.
One client at a time
Your nurse is assigned to you for the length of the shift. No shared visits, no rotating strangers, no rushed check-ins.
Absolute discretion
Many clients recover at hotels or second residences. Arrivals are quiet, uniforms are unmarked, and nothing about your care is discussed outside your care team.
The line between clinical and concierge
Nursing care and household assistance are different services, staffed and billed differently. We are explicit about which is which.
Documentation as care
Vitals, drain output, medication times and observations are recorded every shift and shared with your surgeon, so nothing is lost between visits.
