Recommended post-operative care
- Hourly nursing for the first 24–48 hours
- Medication scheduling and muscle-spasm comfort measures
- Surgical bra fitting and adjustment
- Home assistance for lifting restrictions
What we watch for
- No lifting above shoulder level until cleared
- Arm mobility exercises only as prescribed
